Unfortunately, we do not provide an alternate method of payment or invoicing service outside of our payments gateway. All transaction must go through the system to offer the highest possible levels of security for both us and our customers.

However, it is possible to sign up for a subscription without needing a PayPal account. During the payment part of the process choose the Credit or Debit card option (This is sometimes displayed as a button that says ‘Guest Checkout’), this will process your order as a standard online transaction.

The ‘7 day money back guarantee’ is only available for the yearly teacher and student subscriptions and can only be applied for once. The money back guarantee is a fantastic way for users to test and evaluate our services. Please be aware that applications for a refund can take up to 30 day to process but are normally completed a lot quicker.

To safe guard our system from misuse, our terms and conditions clearly state that the ‘7 day money back guarantee’ is a one time offer, please read our terms and conditions for further information Terms and conditions.

Problems re-subscribing to can sometimes occur when an automated invoice has expired or the user is not logged into the site.

If you are having problems re-subscribing first, sign into your account and then go to the subscription page ( you will then be able to signup for a new subscription / renew your old subscription, by clicking on the sign-up button for the subscription you require.

If you have further issues re-subscribing to please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will look into this further for you.

Your yearly subscription will expire at the end of a one-year period, there is no need to cancel as this will happen automatically with no further payment been taken from your account.

If you wish to continue or resubscribe you must renew your subscription using the ‘Subscription’ menu item at the top of the page.

If you have a monthly subscription with this will renew each month. You can cancel this at any time by going to the dashboard area and then click on the account / subscription button where you will see an option to cancel your account.

Our aim over the next couple of years is to build out a full blow teaching system for music technology teachers, giving them all of the resources and support they need to get their students the best possible results. This is going to be a phased transition as we move from the multi-user account to the new teacher’s account.

We expect that the maximum number of students who can log into the same account at the same time to be around 10, after this number you might start to experience bottlenecking issues. This is where our servers bandwidth for the destination reaches its maximum load.

All of the resources from our Music Tech Student site will be available to the teacher’s subscription. Exclusive content from the teachers area will also be available to this subscription, this includes lesson plans, schemes of work, marking grids, teachers action plans, and teaching workshops, teacher training courses etc..

The teacher’s subscription is a single account that you can give your students and other members of your department access to, as long as all users are logged in from the same physical location / IP Address all will work as expected.

Security measures have been put in place to protect your user credentials but it’s important to note that you are not permitted to display your username and password publicly as this could compromise the security of your account and our system.

It is also advised that you change your password at least once a year.

The student subscription will get you all of the available online resources on the site except those that are explicitly for teachers, this includes lesson plans. schemes of work, marking grids, teachers action plans, and teaching workshops.

This subscription doesn’t provide access to the downloadable project files that can be found at the end of some courses. These files are designed to help teachers demonstrate practical tasks to their classes

All invoices are generated automatically once you pay for a subscription. Once the transaction is complete you will receive an email with your invoice, this email should be saved and printed for future reference.

* As a security measure we will not send out copies of invoices.

* In some cases, we can provide you with a proof of purchase receipt. This will only be done if a teacher’s subscription has been purchased and you need proof to reclaim for your expenses from your school / organisation.
